First, make sure your device volume is turned up and not muted. Then try these steps:

• Tap the play button — some browsers require a user interaction before audio can start.
• Check that you're signed in — most tracks require a free account.
• Try a different browser (Chrome and Safari work best).
• Clear your browser cache and reload the page.

moonVibe uses your microphone to detect your breathing pattern and generate music in real-time that syncs with your breath.

• When you tap "Use Microphone", your browser will ask for permission — tap "Allow".
• Audio is processed locally on your device. We never record or transmit your microphone data.
• If you denied permission, go to your browser settings to re-enable it for andorius.app.

You can manage your subscription anytime:

• Go to your Account page.
• Click "Manage Billing" to open the Stripe customer portal.
• From there you can upgrade, downgrade, update your payment method, or cancel.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.

Each plan has a daily listening limit that resets at midnight UTC:

• Free: 20 minutes/day
• Pro: 2 hours/day
• Creator: Unlimited

Free tracks (tagged "Free") are always unlimited regardless of plan.

We take your privacy seriously. From your Account page you can:

• Export data: Download all your data in JSON format.
• Delete account: Permanently removes all your data within 30 days.
